Your Role:
As an ESG & Sustainability Consultant, you will be an essential partner for our clients in developing and implementing ESG strategies. You will analyze business processes, translate complex regulations (such as CSRD and EU Taxonomy) into actionable insights, and help organizations achieve their sustainability goals. You’ll take a leading role in projects, from strategy development to execution, while also mentoring junior team members in their growth.

Additionally, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing ESG reports and impact analyses.
• Providing strategic advice to executives and stakeholders.
• Identifying opportunities and risks within sustainability trends.
• Conducting workshops and training to support ESG implementation.

What You Bring:

• A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in business administration, sustainability, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in consultancy, ESG advisory, or a relevant sustainability-focused role.
• In-depth knowledge of ESG regulations, frameworks (such as GRI, SASB, TCFD), and sustainability trends.
• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset and a passion for creating impact.
