PF Concept is looking for a Sustainability Project Manager

About PF Concept
PF Concept International Coöperatief U.A. is the European market leader in developing, selling and delivering promotional products. Think of giveaways such as pens, promotional & corporate clothing or sports bottles with, for example, the logo of your employer or customer on them. As part of the global market leader Polyconcept Group, our complete portfolio now amounts to about 12,000 articles. These products are stored in our 45.000m² PF Logo Express warehouse and printing facility near the Polish city of Poznan or our production facility in the United Kingdom and are decorated with our high-tech equipment to suit one’s needs. We operate B2B2B, so finished products find their way to end customers via one of our 10,000 resellers in over 100 countries.

The role
The Sustainability Project Manager is managing all projects involved in realising the Sustainability Roadmap. You will be responsible for the monitoring of all projects regarding circularity, improving people’s lives and improving sustainability processes. You keep your eyes on the results and use your result driven mindset in solving bottlenecks.

See for more information on the Sustainability Objectives and Roadmap:

This is your place of work
You will be part of the Product Development and Sustainability department that consists of a team of 15 people located in the Netherlands, China, Hong Kong and the United Kingdom. You can say our team is truly international. With Dutch, Brazilian, Turkish, Chinese, French and English team members you can understand that the main language is English. In addition you also work closely with our teams and consultants in China, Thailand, Poland and Bangladesh.

You will report to the Vice President of Product Development & Sustainability. Thanks to our flat organisational structure, communication lines are very short. As PF Concept is originally a trading organisation with huge growth ambitions, you will be able to thrive in an international, dynamic and sales-oriented environment. One with an open and informal corporate culture with many opportunities. If you show your initiative, PF Concept will open up a world for you.

Our ideal candidate
Our ideal candidate has 2-5 yrs of working experience in sustainability project management in international trade or retail. You like to work in a young, international, dynamic and result driven team of category managers.

PF Concept has serious ambitions to be a leader to build a more sustainable future for the promotional market. We have developed a 5-year road plan with three ambitious goals. As the Sustainability Project Manager you are the linking pin between all departments and a driving force to make these ambitions happen. As an example, we have launched a 100% GOTS and GRS certified promotional wear range. We even certified our printing facilities. You will take the lead in these certifications and work together with product development to take next steps.

As Sustainability Project Manager you will be involved with many data-driven projects. Our customers request more and more information on products and supply chain and with our large portfolio this is quite a challenge. PF Concept is a dynamic environment, we launch products every month, so you need to be data driven (excel holds no secrets for you) and you need to handle stress and deadlines. We always have the next project waiting!
