What We Are Looking For
Are you an experienced sustainability expert with a genuine passion for climate change with extensive experience and expertise in this domain? Do you possess a scientific mindset which you can combine with business acuity and exceptional interpersonal skills with clients worldwide? If you possess the skills and knowledge to lead our (international) clients on their path to net zero, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of production processes, GHG inventory and/or supply chain, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Requirements:
As a corporate GHG emissions expert, you should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience, across multiple sectors, preferably including agriculture and manufacturing. Proficiency in calculating and reporting scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions is essential, along with expertise in key areas like setting inventory boundaries, renewable energy accounting, and supply chain emissions.
Familiarity with carbon accounting and reporting standards, such as ISO 14064, GHG Protocol, and TCFD, is highly advantageous. A strong understanding of current and emerging policy and regulatory drivers related to GHG emissions disclosure and management is also a plus.
Education and Desired Qualifications:
We are seeking a candidate with a relevant university education, such as Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Sustainable Energy Technology, or Climate Studies. If you have experience in the (agri)food or manufacturing industry and are intrigued by scope 3, you could be an ideal fit.
Your professional presence, combined with knowing how to transfer your knowledge and experience to (international) clients and colleagues through excellent communication skills , will help establish your credibility and expertise within our team. You should be adept at managing time effectively and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. Fluency in Dutch is advantageous.
